To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs
The costs associated with returning an item are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Need a Replacement?
If it is necessary to send you a new item (for example, in the case of a wrong size or a defect), the costs will be covered by us.

Return Conditions
Returned waist trainers must be undamaged and unworn, with no visible signs of use such as wrinkles, dents, folds, stains, odors, lint, hair, or any other signs of use. You can prevent this by not wearing the waist trainer for longer than necessary or by returning it immediately if it's clear that it doesn't fit.

Please note: Many customers may find that upon receiving their waist trainer, it may seem too tight or difficult to fasten. We want to emphasize that this can initially be challenging! Try fastening the trainer from bottom to top with some force, and pay attention to the label at the top.

How to Return
Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate the return procedure and receive the return address. Ensure the item is well-packaged and clearly mention your order number on the package.

We aim to process your return request within 7 days after receiving the returned item. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.
